and the Caribbean.

At the Senator’s 725 acre Plantation Estate,
I performed in several capacities: As Marketing Director, I created
the marketing strategy, public relations campaign, brochures, advertisements
and a variety of other publications including fact sheets for soliciting
the US Mainland, Japanese, Chinese and Korean markets.

As Tour Coordinator, I developed activities
flow charts and was responsible for scheduling any number of visitors up
to 350 per day, to participate in the variety of pastimes they had chosen
and created a system to make last minute changes without suffering tour
delays. I was the main liaison between the Center, it’s tour vendors
and in house tour leaders.

As a Tour Manager & Guide, I thrilled
international visitors with exciting, nerve shattering, four wheeling driving
skills and challenged their physical proweress with hiking and climbing
expeditions. Besides conducting tours and training other guides, my responsibilities
included tour development and planning, the excavation, presentation and
maintenance of a Hawaiian Heiau, (sacred site) and trail blazing areas
of the pristine rain forests we explored with machetes, saws, ropes and
other assorted tools. I loved
my job!

As a Writer, I’ve been
working on my book, new poster ideas, web site titled “Hopes,
Dreams & Magic Secrets,” a club e-zine,
mail order business, freelance marketing materials and newsletters and
working as my own Agent, soliciting for new opportunities for my writing
projects.
1991 - PRESENT
As a Motivational/Inspirational
Writer, my first poster “To
Achieve Your Dreams Remember Your ABCs,” appeared and has since sold
almost a million copies. With numerous sales to schools, churches, sports
groups, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations, it’s
words may have reached millions more. The piece appears on over 30 fine
motivational web sites, calendars, a book cover, the TV set of “Sister
Sister” and in numerous publications. It is the subject of a book I am
writing and which I have been offered a contract for, but have not as yet
accepted. It is translated into a Spanish poster, “Para
Lograr’ Tus Suenos Recuerda El Alphabeto.”
“Secrets
of Success,” a poster released in 1998 is doing well. “Everyday
Magic” is licensed to a publisher and in the design stage. A new poster
“Peace, Love & Happiness,” is in contract negotiation.

I have determination, enthusiasm and drive in these directions!
This is WHY...
I believe I can be in many ways, a valuable
asset to any legitimate eco-tourism project or as a private guide to individuals
and special interest groups providing adventurous Eco-Tours customized
for individual preferences which facilitate Self-Discovery, Healing and
Transformation and upon request, include my motivational materials for
self-improvement. My background in construction, business management, eco-tourism
from nearly every angle, marketing and promotion, public relations and
my writings make me a pretty unconventional, unique and highly experienced
individual who has a lot of insight into environmentally themed projects.
