These are a few of the positions I found listed from various sources for the treatment of fibroids. There have been many fine books written on the subject of Reiki and I recommend you investigate this ancient healing technique further. Be sure to look in the index under fibroids or uterus etc., to be sure the book you choose covers this subject directly. While some of the positions can be self applied, you will need a partner to help with others. A caring family member or friend would be the best choice outside of an expert. Reiki has recently become more popular and you will probably be able to find an experienced practitioner in your area or somewhere nearby.

A word of caution, not all Reiki Practitioners are equally skilled or capable. Besides varying techniques, there is a certain amount of "spiritual" essence involved. Ask any liscensed practitioner for references and check them out thouroughly. Try to meet the practitioner personally before scheduling a session; you will probably get a feeling about whether or not that person can help you from such a meeting.
