rock music & revolutionary politics...a new age was birthing,w/ questioning
authority as mantra, seeking & seeking, stretching & re-orienting toward
a future of _possibility_ & against all odds, the gravity of status quo...
timothy leary transformend himself with _lsd_ into an avatar & cheer-
leader for a generation hungry for an alternative to military industrial
imperialism pursuing _the politics of heroin in southeast asia_.
in _the crack in the cosmic egg_, joseph chilton pearce presented
lord alfred korzybski's _science and sanity_(1929) to a new audience with
s.r.(semantic reality) as the field of human experience, time-space &
symbols..._the master game_, robert de ropp outlined a path that led me
(unfortunately) to psychiactric intervention, experiments with time &
megavitamin therapy (fortunately) with alan cott, md, & somehow (_reality
therapy_, wm. glasser, md) someway (_kundalini_, gopi krishna) the
notion of time as _tao_ turning upon itself to manifest space & again,
_the myriad creatures_(lao tzu, _tao te ching_, penguin edition) o.k., ok,
...enough philosophy!
so time_square_ becomes the key to life's unfolding
mystery, and cosmically the heart-center of new york city, where in l972
with the support of nyu law students, the _time square correspondence mon-
astery_ became incorporated in the state of new york, functioning through
a post office box in chelsea, nyc 10019...letters received & honored as
expressions of soul-extension into semantic reality, processed & stored
in the letter library #1 times square, broadway@42nd street, where every
december 31st there is a gathering of souls to comemorate the passing of time. in 2012, we will shift to the lunar calendar & acknowledge sunrise on
