  • Codex: Space Marines
    Don't let the name lead you to think that this is just another run of the mill Space Marine site. Very well organized with loads of information and links. Featuring 20+ official and player codices and features 16 or so others sites that the webmaster also maintains (Codex: Star Wars and Codex: X-Men are a couple of the more interesting ones).
  • The Colossal 40K Resource Site)
    Has changed back to it's original format of a resource site, including campaigns, new rules and units in the "Corribra Sector", covering 40K, BFG and 40K roleplay.
  • The Realm of Inisfail
    Another large resource site. You have to check out the Battlefleet Gothic section.
  • Retribution
    This site has plans for scratch building a Thunderhawk and other vehicles. Plus pics of the '99 UK Games Day.
  • Dropship
    Also regularly updates with plenty of pics and a sneek peak at the new Land Raider.
  • Orkdung
    Covers a lot here with sections on BFG, The Imperial Cult, Legio Cybernetica, Adeptus Astartes, Exterminatus and more.

    Another friend of mine that has a beautifully painted Ultramarine army. His site is a bit out of date (2nd Ed.) but the pics are worth a visit.

  • The Lair of the Rough Rider
    Has a collection of the out of print or hard to find articles on the Grey Knights; starting from Rogue Trader up through 3rd Edition (including the official 1st edition army list and his own unofficial 2nd and 3rd edition codexes) .

    The site devoted to terrain production for table-top wargames.
  • Hive Constructors, Inc.
    Another site devoted to terrain production for table-top wargames, mostly for 40K/Necromunda.
  • Higher Ground
    (Commercial) Source for natural terrain- hills, woods, rough ground, rivers & bridges and even monuments. It also is a sorce for purchasing your own raw materials to build your own terrain- namely assorted trees.
  • Armorcast
    (Commercial) These are the guys who used to produce the resin-cast 40K scaled Epic Titans and Super-heavy tanks. While they aren't allowed to produce them anymore, they still have a broad range of other products from terrain to 28mm scaled Battletech Mechs.
  • Hirst Arts
    (Commercial) Build your own stone model buildings out of plaster of paris! Silicone RTV Rubber Molds to create detailed gothic and medieval stone walls including windows, door arches, bases, trim, and more. Flexible system allows you to build most anything you can imagine.
