Hollywood is the world's most important movie market, naturally
a lot of HK actors would want to one day be in a Hollywood movie.
However, this is not so for Jackie. "I'll wait till they (Hollywood)
ask me first", said Jackie.

Bruce Willis, husband of Demi Moore, commands a price of $16,500,000
US dollars per film and is considered to be a top-notch Hollywood
star. The plan to have him and Jackie star together in a movie should
really be a dream come true, but Jackie said, "I'm not interested."

"Why should I go to Hollywood? I don't really want to be controlled.
Look at John Woo. He totally lost his style in 'Broken Arrow', which
has become just an average Hollywood action movie, so what's the
point? Right now I have the support of my company, who will give
me as much budget as I want to make a film. Even if Hollywood
offers me 30 million dollars, I wouldn't do it, because they cannot
produce a Jackie Chan movie, only I can produce a Jackie Chan
movie. If they want me to make a movie, they'll have to co-operate
with me, I'll take charge, and I must be completely in charge."
Jackie didn't try to hide the fact that he likes to be in control.

There was a rumour that Hollywood Film is offering a plan to Jackie
to work with Bruce Willis. The cast is top-notch, but Jackie said,
"Not interested. Did you know that Jean Claude van Damme waited in my
office for two hours just to see me? I only chatted with him for
two minutes, and we didn't talk about any collaborations. So you see,
it's Hollywood that's begging me. As for Bruce Willis, well, Chan
Chi Keung (Jackie's manager) just faxed me some informations, but
I am not that interested in working with him. However, if it was 
Steven Spielberg or Stallone, I will work with them without pay,
because I respect them."

However, to work with Steven Spielberg, one will have to wait till
the year 2000, since he is busy shooting "Jurassic Park: The Ride"
and making plans for his Dreamworks SKG. It'll be a long wait, Jackie!
