Webmail problems - Sending Errors 6/4/08

This morning there were problems with sending mail and those using webmail may have gotten this error message:

Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Quota Exceeded.

Our CAM (Customer Account Maintenance) system has also been down temporarily.

These issues have now been resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Sending Mail Problems, Thurs 5/22 4:30pm - UPDATE: Resolved 5:35 pm

UPDATE: One of our outgoing mail servers has become overloaded. Currently the issue has been resolved and customers should no longer have problems sending out email with the below errors. Again our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced.

Currently users find they are unable to send out mail with an error:
[Mail not sent. Sending error: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system storage]

This has been occurring for the past 45 minutes, we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused.

Mailserver under heavy load.

You may be experiencing difficulties retrieving your email. The servers are experiencing unusual heavy loads at the moment. We appreciate your patience as we resolve this problem.

If you are experiencing authentication failures, it may be that you have a mail process stuck. These usually remedy themselves by waiting 10-15 minutes before another attempt to reconnect.

Dialup busy signals, problems connecting. Wednesday, November 8, 2006

Currently customers on neighboring islands using dialup numbers may experience problem connecting. The problem seems to be a call routing issue between telco providers. We are getting updates every half hour on the issue and pushing for a fast resolution. We thank you for your patience.
