This page descrbes how to setup Netscape 6 and 7 for IMAP on Windows
- Open Netscape.
- Click on "Edit" and then "Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings...."
- Click on "New Account."
- Choose "ISP or email provider" and click "Next."
- If you are configuring Netscape 7, Choose "Email Account" and click "Next."
- Enter your name in the "Your Name:" field.
- Enter your email address in the "Email Address:" field and click "Next".
- Choose "IMAP" under "Select the type of incoming server you are using."
- Enter "imap.lava.net" as the incoming server.
- Enter "smtp.lava.net" as the outgoing server and click "Next".
- Enter your username in the "User Name:" field. Your username is the part of your email address before '@lava.net'.
- Click on "Server Settings."
- In the "Server Settings" box, check "Use secure connection (SSL)".
Click "OK"
Your email is now configured on Netscape!!
