How to Configure Eudora 4.x/5.x to Filter Junk Mail That Is Not Sent to a Particular Email Address
1. Click on "Windows". Then click on "Filters". The "Filters" window should appear.
2. Click on the "New" button down in the lower left part of "Filters" window.
3. Click on the down arrow next to the empty "Header:" field.
4. Select "<<Any Recepient>>".
5. Click on "contains" and from drop-down menu slect "does not contain".
6. In the blank field to the right of "does not co..." enter your LavaNet email address.
7. Under "Action:" click on "None " and from drop-down menu select "Transfer To"
8. Click on "Transfer" in the menu along the top fo the screen. From list of folders select "Trash".
9. Click on the next "None" and from drop-down manu select "Skip Rest"
10. Close "Filters" window.
11. Click on "Save" button.
Your Eudora 4.x/5.x program is ready to filter email not sent directly to your email address and move it to the "Trash" folder. Periodically check the trash folder to make sure legitimate mail are not being accidently filtered.
