Aloha Tower has been returned to its "Boat
Days" grandeur.
It is now the focal point of Aloha Tower Marketplace.
And this digital painting.
| Built in 1926 at a cost of $160,000, this 184-foot clock tower was the
tallest structure on Oahu. Welcoming passengers and returning kama'aina
(residents) on "Boat Days," along with lei-bearing well-wishers,
hula dancers and the Royal Hawaiian Band, Aloha Tower soon became the |
symbol of a more nostalgic Hawaii. The tower was restored in 1994 and
is now the centerpiece of a waterfront marketplace redesigned to once again
be a gathering place for visitors and kama'aina alike.
Now it can become your centerpiece, too. |

This representation of the original digital painting is deliberately
smudged in a small area to frustrate pirating of the image.
All prints are personally signed and available in three sizes, each matted
to fit a standard, ready-made frame.
See order form for sizes, prices and other
details.
