Occasionally LavaNet's mail server has been under high load recently, causing slow access and mail delays for customers when checking mail. This includes POP, IMAP, and web mail access. We have been monitoring the situation and have been taking steps to diffuse the situation. We are also working on a longer term solution to fix the situation permanently.

If you are a user with a large mailbox, you are asked to reduce the size of your incoming mailbox. If you use POP, uncheck the "leave mail on server" within your mail client, or reduce the number of days that it leaves mail on the server. If you use IMAP or web mail, move read messages to other folders. These steps reduce the size of your mailbox, and will speed up access for both you and other users. Your cooperation is appreciated! Mahalo.
