There was a temporary outage of LavaNet dial up service on the morning of May 7, 2007. Reports of problems came into our support call center at about 8:30 AM. Service was restored around 9:30 AM. In some cases, customer computers may have "forgotten" stored passwords. These customers may still receive "Authentication failed" messages. If you are still experiencing problems, please try re-entering your LavaNet password into your dial up software.
