My name is Aryn Nakaoka, owner of Tri-net Solutions and Aloha Tone. As of January 1st, 2011, Lava.net. was purchased by Tri-net Solutions. Tri-net Solutions was founded in 2001 as a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) specializing in multi-site private networking.
As a past Lava.net customer, I know the value of the Lava.net brand and my goal is to do everything possible to maintain and grow our customer base by providing new and innovative services; services such as free web hosting, free domain purchases, free email hosting, voice over ip, desktop and server support and web design. Webmail, virtual servers and voice over ip will not only make local companies more efficient and effective, but will reduce costs.
There have been some big changes happening at Lava.net. My goal is to bring our user base the newest technologies available. Looking at 3 areas:
Product: Lava.net and our technology partners bring a turn key solution for computing needs. We aim to provide the best and most innovative solutions possible. We’re not just Internet access.
Service: Besides massive migrations (like this email migration – and I know its been a rough road) – We aim to answer live calls and make sure our customers are well taken care of. We also partner with the best technology providers, so our name and reputation will be upheld. We test all products from email, web hosting to hardware support to make sure service levels will meet the standards of Lava.net.
Price: The ISP market is very competitive. Local ISPs are finding it hard to compete with larger ISPs solely on price. However, taking into account what we can save your business with our other services (domain, hosting, web hosting) and our cost-cutting products (voice over ip), Lava.net becomes the smart choice.
